Points can be redeemed in increments of :-
•1000 (equivalent to $10 off)
•5000 (equivalent to $55 off)
•10000 (equivalent to $120 off)
The more points you accumulate, the more valuable your points become!
How it Works :
|if you subscribe monthly||Get 250 points for the next month when your subscription renews.|
|If you subscribe for 3 months||Get 500 points immediately. When your subscription renews (for another 3 months), you will receive another 750 points.|
|If you subscribe for 6 months||Get 1250 points immediately. When your subscription renews (for another 6 months), you will receive another 1500 points.|
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1) Will I receive points if I cancel or skip a month?
If you skip the month, you will not receive your points for that month. If you cancel your subscription, you will automatically forfeit all loyalty points earned up till then.
2) Do the Loyalty Points have any cash value?
Loyalty Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for monetary value. They can only be redeemed in our store , and cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred.
3) How do I check my Loyalty Points balance?
You can check your Loyalty Points Balance in your Account Dashboard. Simply log in here with your email and password.
4) How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?
Log into your Account and click "Choose My Reward." You may then click on the reward item listed to spend your points. That reward item will then appear in your shopping cart once you have added your first product in our store.
5) Can I get a refund or exchange for the product I bought using my Loyalty Points?
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns on products bought using your Loyalty Points.
6) Is there an expiry date for your Loyalty Points?
No, there isn’t an expiry date and all Loyalty Points will continue to accumulate unless you cancel your subscription.
Terms & Conditions
Products within our store available to be obtained in exchange for Lip Love Loyalty Points may vary, as the Company cannot accommodate specific Subscriber requests for certain products. Products are available only while supplies last and their quantities may be limited. Subscribers will not be able to redeem Lip Love Loyalty Points for purchases unless the Subscriber has sufficient points for that purchase.
Refunds & Returns :
Any products bought as a result of redemption of Loyalty Points may not be exchanged, refunded or returned. Purchases made with Loyalty Points will ship in the normal course of business.
Changes to the Lip Love Loyalty Program :
The Company reserves its rights to change or modify the terms of the Lip Love Loyalty Program, including the amount of Loyalty Points provided for any Subscriber action, the time when accumulated points are applied to a Subscriber’s account, the items available to be obtained in exchange for points, the amount of points necessary to obtain a product, and every other term, condition and aspect of the Lip Love Loyalty Program in its sole discretion at any time without notice, so it is important to check the Lip Love Loyalty FAQ & Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Lip Love Loyalty Program after the date that any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Lip Love Loyalty Program, including the availability of any Program Reward, and/or any Program Reward at any time, without notice. If we terminate the Program, all Loyalty Points will be cancelled with immediate effect.

Loyalty Points Redemption Conditions :
Loyalty Points Redemptions may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to the Subscriber. Subscribers are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Subscribers may not assign or transfer any Loyalty Points. The Company makes no warranty in any respect as to any Loyalty Points, redeemed items, merchandise or service available within the Program.
Program Period :
This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by the Company (the "Program Period"). If we terminate the Lip Love Loyalty Program, all Loyalty Points will be cancelled with immediate effect. The Company reserves the right to adjudicate all Loyalty Points discrepancies in its sole discretion and the Subscriber agrees to abide with any such determination made by the Company.
By participating in the Program, Subscribers release the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any redeemed items.
Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the Subscriber of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Subscriber of applicable law.
Governing Law :
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern these Lip Love Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. The Subscriber hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in the UK for all matters arising in connection with these Lip Love Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Subscriber's participation in the Program.
